NXT’s Halloween Havoc just got over and here’s what went down at the PPV.
Quincy Elliot and Shotzi were the hosts of the show. Apollo Crews and Grayson Waller spun the wheel to find out what kind of match they were having and it stopped on a Casket match.

A segment is shown where Alba Fyre is trying to lure Mandy Rose on a haunted trail. Mandy agrees to it.
Chucky the doll, who’s been regular feature at Holloween Havoc over the years, starts the actual show now. He also made appearances throughout the night.
North American Championship Ladder Match: Wes Lee vs. Carmelo Hayes vs. Nathan Frazer vs. Von Wagner vs. Oro Mensah
It was an energetic ladder match with many creative spots and “holy shit” chants from the crowd. Robert Stone and Trick Williams got up on the ladder, trying to interfere but a flying shoe knocked them off. Von Wagner almost big time botched, hitting some fans in the face with a ladder. Luckily he didn’t. He was then put through the ladder by Frazer with a frog splash. Wagner also threw Wess Lee on the announcer’s table right from the ring. However, Lee wasn’t out of action even after this and put down the champion Carmelo Hayes with a double knee. He then got up the ladder and retrieved the title to become the new North American champion for the first time in his career.
Result: Wes Lee wins

Another segment was shown where Alba Fyre took out all members of Toxic Attraction one by one in a haunted house filled with monsters.
Some druids placed a casket ringside for the Casket match that’s next.
Casket Match: Apollo Crews vs. Grayson Waller
In this physical match, Waller was seen attacking Crews’ eye as that’s the story going on between them. At a point, Crews landed into the casket breaking it’s lid. Waller thought he had won but the lights went out. When the lights came back the druids brought another casket. The match continued with Waller attempting a Tombstone piledriver and Crews countering it. Finally Apollo hit a chokeslam on Grayson into the casket to end the match by closing the lid.
Result: Apollo Crews wins

After this, there was some segment about the Chase U where Andre was asking his students some Halloween Havoc trivia. Following this, both NXT men’s tag team champions Pretty Deadly and women’s tag team champions Carter and Chance exchanged some words.
Weapons Wild: Cora Jade vs. Roxanne Perez
It was a hardcore match with weapons but they barely used it. At a point, Jade and Perez went up a high platform and after some tangling, both fell down. Perez countered Jade’s DDT and sent her crashing into a pile of chairs via a backdrop. She then got the pin.

Then there was a new segment with the hosts Elliot and Shotzi dressed in new costumes. They were interrupted by Lash Legend, who was DDTed by Shotzi eventually.
The Schism showed up next promising to reveal their fourth member in the red hoodie on the next NXT episode on Tuesday.
Ambulance Match: Julius Creed vs. Damon Kemp
Both Creed and Kemp battled their way to the ambulance but Kemp used a crutch to keep the door open. The action spread all throughout the arena and they battled using all objects found in the ambulance. Kemp was getting the better of Creed and put him inside the ambulance and closed the door. But to everyone’s surprise, he blocked the door with his fingers. Kemp kept slamming the door on his fingers crushing them. But not refusing to give up, Julius showed immense heart as he dominated Damon from there. He finally powerbombed Kemp on a stretcher and put him in the ambulance to shut the door for good. He saved his brother Brutus’ job in the process.

NXT Women’s Championship: Mandy Rose vs. Alba Fyre
Fyre pulled up into the arena in a car that had Rose in the backseat. She had incapacitated her earlier in the night at the haunted house. She brought Mandy into the ring and the match started. Fyre had almost won the match when the rest of Toxic Attraction, Jayne and Dolin showed up to distract the referee. He was knocked down by mistake and Alba was then attacked. Mandy took advantage of that to pick up the win.

Zoey Stark and Nikkita Lyons then showed up to say that they will win the NXT Women’s Tag team titles. Then the men’s tag team titles challengers Edris Enofé and Malik Blade came out saying the same thing.
NXT Championship: Bron Breakker vs. Ilja Dragunov vs. JD McDonagh
This was a brawl right from the start with all three attacking each other. Soon it was Ilja vs Bron with McDonagh clapping to their altercation. This made them turn their attention towards him, double teaming the Irishman. A massive spot saw Bron hit a Frankensteiner on JD who was caught by Ilja and then powerbombed. Another great spot was when Druganov hit three german suplxes on McDonagh when Breakker came in for the kill by tossing the Russian. He then him with a bulldog off the top rope and a powerslam. Bron pinned him for the 1-2-3 when McDonagh intervened to steal the pin but Druganov kicked out. After some back and forth among them, Ilja was about to pin Bron but JD broke the third count in the nick of time.
The three continued punishing each other when Druganov took out McDonagh. Breakker capitalised on the opportunity by spearing Ilja for the win.

A point to be noted here is that Austin Theory wasn’t seen anywhere. He had teased cashing in his MITB contract on this match’s winner on the last NXT episode.
