All Elite Wrestling (AEW) has quickly become one of the top pro wrestling promotions in the world. The company has grabbed the headlines by signing the likes of Bryan Danielson, Chris Jericho, Jon Moxley, CM Punk, Jake Hager, Mark Henry, Paul Wight and several other big names of the pro wrestling business.
While AEW has several home-grown wrestlers on its roster, quite a few Superstars of the company also have the experience of working with WWE. One of them is Serena Deeb who had a stint with WWE in 2009-2010. She was a member of the Straight Edge Society.
In a recent appearance on Captain’s Corner, Deeb recalled her Straight Edge Society days and shared the details of how the Undertaker also has a funny side. Retired WWE Superstar Undertaker is mostly known for his dark side and someone who makes the life of his opponent a living hell.
Here’s what Deeb had to say about the Deadman’s off-camera side in a recent interview:
“I would have to run literally all the way up to the ramp, like to where the entrance starts because he wouldn’t stop until I was all the way up there and then he would walk back to the ring.”
Will The Undertaker ever join AEW?
Some fans believe that The Undertaker has retired from WWE so that he can join another pro wrestling promotion like AEW. However, that theory is completely baseless because even after retirement, The Undertaker has been working for WWE and is present at the promotional events of the company.
Most recently, the rumors of Undertaker appearing at the Royal Rumble premium live event have circulated online. While WWE is yet to officially confirm his return, it goes without saying that retirements are just a temporary thing in pro wrestling, and any legend can make a shocking return any day.
