“It’s a no-brainer”, Booker T passes hard-hitting verdict on the Rock joining the Bloodline

WWE Hall of Famer Booker T made a massive statement on the Rock joining the Bloodline. According to the former WWE superstar, this was coming and it was the easiest of things to plot for WWE. Ideally they were gauging that the Rock would actually be a part of the main event at Wrsestlemania but the people’s champ had never received that much hatred in his entire life like that.

For the fans who are new to WWE or would possibly like some context to this battle, Booker-T faced the Rock quite a significant number of times. Eventually it was the Summerslam of 2001 where the Rock defeated the King to win the WCW Heavyweight World Championship.

Here is what Booker T had to say about the Rock

Talking in the Hall of Fame podcast, Booker T said, “I’m not surprised one bit. I mean you heard me say it, blood is thicker than water. And I said let’s sit back and see how this thing plays out. I was looking at something on YouTube, it was talking about how The Rock pulled the trigger on being in the match. And then after the backlash from people, Rock had the wherewithal to switch gears. Now can I see that happening? Perhaps. I could see that happening. So that’s why I try not to book the show because the way it was yesterday may not be the way it is today.”

He further added, “I think it was the right move, right call to do this angle right here and put Cody in that position. Nah man, it’s a no-brainer. It’s a no-brainer and it’s the smartest move that anyone could’ve thought of.”

There is a new rumour in town that states that this is all a set up from the Rock and eventually he will be betraying Roman Reigns at WrestleMania to allow Cody to finish his story.
