Major Spoiler For Roman Reigns Vs. Brock Lesnar At WWE Day 1

WWE has announced a blockbuster main event for their new pay-per-view titled WWE Day 1. The main event match will feature the reigning WWE Universal Champion Roman Reigns and his arch-rival Brock Lesnar. Many fans thought that The Tribal Chief would go one-on-one with Sami Zayn at the Day 1 pay-per-view event.

However, the plans have changed. Brock Lesnar returned to WWE TV on last week’s SmackDown after Kayla Braxton broke the news that the authorities had lifted The Beast Incarnate’s indefinite suspension. Many fans would remember that Brock had to pay a whopping USD 1 million fine for attacking Adam Pearce and other WWE officials.

But all the charges no longer are in place. Brock Lesnar is free. He is convinced Sami Zayn to wrestle Roman Reigns for the title on SmackDown instead of waiting until WWE Day 1. The former Intercontinental Champion reluctantly agreed only lose to the Tribal Chief inside 20 seconds.

Roman Reigns vs. Brock Lesnar rivalry will not end at WWE Day 1

Coming to the spoiler about Roman Reigns vs. Brock Lesnar that has surfaced online, a report by Dave Meltzer of the Wrestling Observer Newsletter claims that the upcoming match at WWE Day 1 will not be the last in the series of rivalry between the two popular Superstars.

In fact, it is just a part of the rivalry, and they are likely to meet again, with the rivalry possibly going to end at WrestleMania 38. If this report is true, then fans should expect Brock Lesnar to win the Universal Championship at Day 1 because if he does not, there may not be a strong reason to extend this rivalry so much.

It will be interesting to see what happens next in the Universal Championship title picture. Fans will witness an epic match between Roman and Brock at Day 1 on January 1, 2022 to kick off their New Year.
