The 2019 Women’s Money in the Bank ace has been recuperating from a torn ACL that happened during training at the WWE Performance Center in July 2021. A torn ACL is probably the worst of injuries that can happen to an athlete as it takes a long time for one to recover.

Going by the initial reports of the WWE, it stated that she would most likely be returning to the ring after nine months, the usual period of recuperation in case of a torn ACL. This timespan suggests that she would have made her return to the ring by April. However, every individual has a different physique and every one’s ability to heal is also contrasting from others.

Bayley’s last match in a ring came on June 25th 2021 when she teamed up with Seth Rollins on an episode of SmackDown against the tag-team of Cesaro and Bianca Belair.
