Bray Wyatt’s release from the WWE has left the wrestling world stunned. No one expected the former WWE Universal Champion to be removed from the roster the way he has been. WWE recently confirmed Bray Wyatt’s release via a tweet.

After his release from the WWE, lesser-known details have emerged about his relationship with the owner of the company Vince McMahon. Bray Wyatt is one of the most creative minds in the business. According to PWInsider’s Mike Johnson, Wyatt had a ‘hot and cold’ relationship with Vince backstage. Wyatt was one of the top merchandise sellers in the company.


Ever since he evolved into ‘The Fiend’ Bray Wyatt on WWE TV, he had been unstoppable. In fact, Wyatt even reached the top of the mountain and became a 2-time WWE Universal Champion. As per one of the sources of Mike Johnson, Chief Revenue Officer Nick Khan and Chief Financial Officer Kristina Salen have taken up the blame for the release of Bray Wyatt.

Bray Wyatt joined the WWE in 2009. He has been one of the most successful WWE Superstars over the last decade. As mentioned ahead, Wyatt won the Universal Championship two times in his WWE career. He even won the WWE Championship once. Also, he main-evented multiple pay-per-view events. His last match happened at WrestleMania 37 against Randy Orton.


Many fans thought Bray would return to the squared circle soon. It was even reported that the WWE Superstar was off TV because of mental health. However, he is no longer with the WWE now. According to the company’s rules, Wyatt will have a 90-day non-compete clause.

Because of that clause, Wyatt will be unable to join other pro wrestling companies until October 29. As per reports, the WWE Locker room is in shock after learning this news.
