All Elite Wrestling (AEW) Powerhouse Will Hobbs recently appeared on Renee Paquette’s Oral Sessions Podcast, where he spoke about Christian Cage in detail. Christian Cage, formerly known as Christian in WWE, is currently the world champion in IMPACT Wrestling. He won the championship from Kenny Omega on the premier episode of AEW Rampage.
Powerhouse Will Hobbs heaped praise on Christian Cage’s wrestling skills. He believed one can learn a lot of things from the veteran Superstar. Sharing his experience of working with Cage, Hobbs said that he understood the need of taking one’s own time and being smooth. Also, he felt that Cage brought the best out of his opponents in the ring.
“What I’ve learned from him is just be smooth. Take your time. From what I’ve always watched, he always brought the best out of people,” Hobbs said.
In case you didn’t know, Powerhouse Will Hobbs fought against Christian Cage on the AEW Dynamite episode that aired on April 21, 2021. Cage defeated Hobbs in that match and improved his position on the AEW Rankings.

Will Hobbs further stated that it was a very big thing for a rising star like him to share the ring with someone like Christian Cage. As a kid, Hobbs would play as Christian on a video game, and he realized that he had come so far in his career soon after his match against Christian on AEW Dynamite.
“I literally sat down yesterday and went, ‘Man, I’m doing what I always wanted to do and I’m working with Christian. This is crazy.’ I remember playing him on a video game,” Hobbs concluded.
Christian Cage will be in action at All Elite Wrestling’s next pay-per-view All Out, where he will challenge Kenny Omega for the AEW World Championship.
