In a huge development ahead of Saturday’s WWE Royal Rumble 2022 show, the Undertaker has landed in the city hosting the premium live event. According to a report by Wrestling News, the Phenom has reached a hotel in St. Louis just a few days ahead of the Royal Rumble show.
Royal Rumble premium live event is the second to be organized by WWE in the year 2022. The Vince McMahon-owned pro wrestling promotion kickstarted the year with a premium live event titled WWE Day 1. Now, they are organizing another premium live event in the month of January, which is the traditional Royal Rumble show.
So far, WWE has made many big matches official for the show. The biggest one is the battle for the WWE Championship between Brock Lesnar and the challenger Bobby Lashley. The Universal Championship match features Roman Reigns and his former tag team partner Seth Rollins. Besides, WWE Hall of Famers Edge and Beth Phoenix will be in action against the Couple The Miz and Maryse at the event.
On top of the three matches, there will be two traditional Royal Rumble matches, featuring 30 men and 30 women. The winner of the match will earn a title shot in the main event of WrestleMania 38.
The Undertaker is in St. Louis right now. According to reports, he will be at The Dome to watch the Premium Live Event. However, as of now, no one has reported that the Deadman will participate in the Royal Rumble match.
