RAW Superstar Teases Huge Change During Halloween Havoc

During Halloween Havoc a few hours ago, a small video aired that hinted at a former NXT member switching gimmicks. T-BAR’s mask was shown burning in a fire.

It could be an indication of the former RETRIBUTION member going back to his original character which he had when he was with NXT. He was known as Dominik Dijakovic then.

It hasn’t been confirmed yet but looking at his tweet and the promo, it certainly seems so.

The RAW superstar has also deleted all of his previous tweets which may be because he is starting anew.

During his run with NXT, he challenged for the NXT as well as North American championships but was never successful. He is best known for his matches against ex WWE superstar Keith Lee on that brand for doing some memorable spots.

After moving up to the main roster on RAW, he was made a part of the RETRIBUTION faction headed by Mustafa Ali. That’s where he was renamed as T-BAR. The group also consisted of Slapjack (Shane Haste), Mace (ma.çé) and Reckoning (Mia Yim). The faction was short lived and disbanded after Slapjack and Reckoning were released by WWE while the rest turned on their leader Ali.

ma.çé is now a part of the comedy tag team Maximum Male Models with mån.sôör and Maxxine Dupri. He has even tweeted in a funny angle regarding the burning of T-BAR’s mask.

After going solo, T-BAR / Dijakovic has only been a jobber, mostly appearing on WWE’s Main Event show. It is a shame because he is a Six feet Seven inches tall athletic specimen. With the right direction and push, he can go to the top or mid card at least.

With Triple H taking charge of NXT back after Vince McMahon’s departure, we have seen many under utilised talent go back to the black and gold brand. T-BAR’s going back to his roots is something which is necessary for his revival.
