IYO SKY Collapses And Gets Carried Out To The Back After Her WarGames Match

After the women’s WarGames match concluded at Survivor Series, IYO SKY was carried to the back. It was her teammate Rhea Ripley who picked her up and walked back. In a fan-shot video, IYO is seen stumbling on the steps and falling down as she exits the cage. Ripley then carries SKY on her shoulders in a Fireman’s carry position as she walks to the back.

In the video, Bayley also helps Dakota Kai walk back. Kai seemed rocked as well.

It’s possible that IYO SKY suffered a lot during the match as she did some jaw dropping moves on her opponents. She put her body through a lot doing moves like multiple back flips and jumping on two ropes before doing a dropkick. In a memorable spot from the match, SKY justified her Genius of the Sky nickname. She did a Moonsault from the top of the cage on Bianca Belair and Mia Yim, taking them out.

It’s possible that it was this Moonsault that did the maximum damage on her. She had also hilariously botched during a move on Belair earlier in the match.

Unfortunately, in spite of her efforts, her team Damage CTRL, Rhea Ripley and Nikki Cross were not successful in getting the victory.

Bianca Belair, Becky Lynch, Alexa Bliss, Asuka and Mia Yim emerged as the winners in the end. Lynch sent SKY’s fellow Women’s Tag Team champion partner Dakota Kai through the table after a cage top leg drop. She then pinned her as Bianca delivered a KOD on the cage wall to Damage CTRL leader Bayley.

WWE hasn’t released any official statement on IYO’s health. She has also been posting on twitter after the match. In one tweet she wrote, “So………….I’m alive!!!!!!!!!!!!” It means she is alright and was just a little rocked.

IYO is the only woman in WWE to have participated in every women’s WarGames match from NXT till now.
