Bobby Lashley Gets Fired Live On RAW By Adam Pearce

Bobby Lashley has lost his job on RAW. His streak of bad luck with WWE officials continued this week which led to him getting fired.

Lashley had a match with Seth Rollins in the main event of the night to determine the number one contender for Austin Theory’s United States Title. In the hard fought match, The Almighty succumbed to a pedigree by The Visionary and lost.

After the match, Lashley started arguing with the referee about his officiating because the official hurt his leg during the match. This injury led to Rollins escaping Lashley’s dominance and eventually winning the match. Bobby grabbed the official and pushed him to the corner. A second referee made his way to the ring & tried to calm the angry former WWE Champion down. Inadvertently, Lashley elbowed this referee in the head.

This led to WWE Authority figure Adam Pearce to make his way to the ring. He reminded Lashley about warning him last week about this when he had speared an official. An already irritated Bobby Lashley shoved Pearce to the barricade in the heat of the moment. Pearce shouted some expletives at him and fired him right then and there by yelling “You are fired!”

As Bobby walked back in disbelief about what had just happened, the arena audience sang the famous “Goodbye” song.

The US title will feature Rollins and Theory now & they even had an intense exchange of words last week. Theory had won the title from Rollins at Survivor Series WarGames. Lashley speared Rollins as he was going for a Falcon Arrow on Theory and Austin fell on Seth. The pin thus happened by default and Theory ended up winning the championship.

It looks like the United States title picture will not feature The Almighty and he is going away from WWE television for now. This could be because he is shooting an unnamed reality show about flipping houses.
